​I come from a family that always aspired to be entrepreneurial.  It was the family dream.  At one point members of my family had a family-owned business, but because of misaligned vision and values and poor communication, family relationships nearly reached cut-off and thousands of pounds worth of investment were lost.  I understand what it means to want a business with family and build generational wealth, but not know how to work together or how to make a family-owned business work.  I understand the pain of knowing everything is lost.
